Mia Partners are a sub-contracted sales team for serviced accommodation management companies in the UK, who do not have an in house sales team.
Our role within the management companies that we work with, is simply to be an extension of their team. We therefore have full access to their booking system so we can provide live rates and availability quotes, and we are also the sole contact point for direct bookings and agents from the enquiry stage through to when the guest checks out. This is all done mostly over the phone to enhance conversion.
There are huge benefits to management companies working with Mia Partners, ranging from having a professional and expert sales team handling their enquiries - meaning we have the commercial awareness for both pricing and booking relocations to accommodate longer stays. Coupled with being able to leverage our investment in relationships both with agencies and direct client networks across the UK and Europe. We can also completed all proactive outreach for management companies too, meaning they don't waste time on generic spamming that often yields no results. All of which is completed on a commission only basis, meaning management companies can invest their money in growth versus staffing.
Mia Partners currently works with over 30 clients, which is approximately 1500 properties and generates over £10m of sales enquiries for our clients each month.
We are not however looking to work with everyone. Rather companies who align with our values and work ethic.
No, Mia Partners are not an agent, nor do we compete with them. We are an extension of serviced accommodation management companies, operating as their sub-contracted sales team. For example if an agent were to call for a specific property, Mia Partners would be managing that relationship, so the agent would be speaking to Mia Partners as the management company contact point for sales enquiries.
Mia Partners has fantastic relationships with agents, who value our professionalism and super speed for both sales enquiries and issue resolution when needed.
A huge benefit of having Mia Partners as your sales team, is having the power of an expert sales team without the price tag. There is no fixed charge to work with us, we simply charge a 10% plus VAT commision on each confirmed booking. This commission would be on top of any agreed rates you have provided for your properties. By keeping it commission only, you have no risk and we are very motivated to get you results.
Mia Partners works with clients of all sizes, from small providers of 20, to larger operations with 200 plus. All Mia Partner clients are strictly confidential and we will never say who we work with. This means our clients can let our results be theirs - a great way to level up in a competitive market.
Typically the payment terms are 30 days from check-in. However, each booking will vary depending on the client - we have some great clients who have 60 day terms. We recognise this might not suit every business, so we will always confirm payment terms with you before placing any bookings.
We have a very wide range of clients who submit booking enquiries to us. We have fantastic relationships with all major agencies. In addition, we have spent a great deal of time building direct relationships with everything from insurance, local councils, TV & Filming, local businesses and overseas industry specific clients too. Most importantly, we have invested the time and energy into these relationships which you can now benefit from by working together with us.
