Mia Partners Enhanced package - ideal for those with no proactive / any sales team and are looking to scale their SA business
Working with Mia Partners and going 'all in' is the most effective way to streamline and enhance the sales process in your business. Under this offering, Team Mia will virtually 'sit' within your business and be part of your team to drive sales and occupancy for you. Under Option1, all agency registrations must also sit with Mia Partners.
You will have more benefits including (but not limited to) access to Mia Partners Leadership, with monthly calls to help foster greater understanding of your properties, the demands within your business and also have our team work alongside your existing sales team and processes, utilising the existing systems you have for quick sale enquires turnarounds. The Mia Commission for bookings will also be lower.

Our Register Properties Only option - ideal for individuals or companies with less than 15 properties
To work with Mia Partners on a registration only option for direct booking options we have, all we ask is for you to provide full information on properties that you are looking to grow sales for, we will then store this information on our system, with your target rate, and your base rates.
To sign up please complete the link below with the properties that you would like to sign up. We require full images, address, breakdown of bedrooms, and where you would rate the property between 1-5 (1 being basic accommodation and 5 being luxury accommodation). This will help us to know which properties work for which clients. The team may require a site visit to the properties, to ensure they are suitable to put forward to certain markets.
