Kay is the Managing Partner, Founder and Co-Owner at Mia Partners.
Prior to this Kay had a successful career working at EY for 13 years gaining a wealth of experience both client facing and internally on business strategy, management and operations, corporate restructuring and performance improvement.
In addition, Kay is a qualified and accredited IAPC&M Coach. Using her skills and extensive experience, Kay coaches and mentors both small businesses and property investors, focusing on business strategy, coaching and consulting services for serviced accommodation.

Jade is the Sales Director of Mia Partners.
Jade has over 12 years’ experience in hospitality sales, previously working for numerous large hotel brands including Marriott and IHG. Jade thrives on building long lasting client relationships, and has a large portfolio of clients that she has built over the years.
In addition to this, Jade has spent the last 5 years working in the serviced accommodation sector, where she has had great success in increasing occupancy, rates and building professional relationships with corporate bookers, and investors.
We offer tailored solutions to help you achieve your goals and maximize your success. All services outlined above are charged on a time-cost basis. All parties will need to agree the terms and provide 50% payment upfront before services can commence.
